Villa You & Me is divided into two apartments:

- upper apartment, on the first floor, for up to 6 poeple,

- lower apartment, on the ground floor, for up to 3 poeple, which gives the total of 9 poeple living in both apartments. 

For our guests availability there is a terrace with comfortable loungers and sun umbrellas. There is also a swimming pool - dimensions 8 x 4 m and depth from 1,0 - 1,75 m with shower aside.

By the pool side there is located a summer kitchen with barbecue and roof - to protect from the sun. Terrace is surrounded by cactuses, palm trees and pines.

Villa You & Me is situated in a quiet, one-way street in a villa part of the town. If you take left as you exit the street, after 250 meters walk you reach rocky Cala Advocat bay with a little sandy beach and a jetty with a very characteristic El Cantalar Cliff. Through the touristic season the local Cafe Bar is open. 

In about 300 meters distance from Villa You & Me there is local supermarket supplying all that might be needed during a holiday stay. This is also the place where BBVA Bank and the cash machine are located. In a neighbourhood - hairdresser's and two restaurants, including Chinese.

Another two rocky bays - Cala Baladrar and Cap Blanc are about 2.8 - 3.5 km away. Beautiful, sandy beach of La Fustera Bay is just 2.5 km from Villa You & Me. 

The biggest, impressive, wide, sandy beach with a sea - sided promenade La Ampolla is in Moraira - it is just to tylko 4 km distance from Villa You & Me.



Another nice, with interesting views, sunny Moraira's beach - El Portret - distance 6.5 km from Villa You & Me.

Two beautiful, wide, sunny and sandy beaches of Calpe are not more than 6 km from Villa You & Me.
 Not further than 2 km is a shopping centre with most of the shops, bars, pubs, restaurants - with international cuisine and also Pepe la Sal supermarket. Do you need more?
